The final count on the number of people guaranteed must be received one week before catering date. You will be charged for the number of people guaranteed.
The number of tables set up must match number of people guaranteed for linen ordering. If more tables are wanted an extra linen charge will be added. The number of tables being used and the types of tables being used (round, banquet, etc.) need to be confirmed one week before catering date.

A $10.00 per employee/per hour charge will be added for:
- Extra time needed in setting up/tearing down
- Delays in serving time or delays in clearing dishes or tables
- Extra services requested
